Roman,
If you ever get to a dyno. I would love to know what the power level differences are between 1 bar, 2 bar, and 3 bar of boost. Are you really flowing that much more or just more boost. Also I think I have asked this before but what size injectors are you running.

I run 1700cc ev14 injectors.

I got 812hp at 1.8 bar and 900hp/1100nm at 2.2 bar but the intake temperature was too high becaurse of due to clogged in Crankcase hoses

yes of caurse it is crank, driveline lost with a auto tranny without lockup converter is over 25% so 900hp on the wheels should be about 1200hp.
900 crank hp and 1100nm is 690whp at 6300rpm / 820nm at 5700rpm at 2,2 bar

But maybe some day soon i have 900whp!

How do you measure "crank" or BHP unless you're using an engine stand.
Other then an engine dyno all dyno's are wheel driven be they load or inertia.
True that some dyno's mathematically calculate BHP but typically far from accurate.
All dyno calculates everything from the measured torque.
Depending on the type of dyno drive train losses can vary from 10%-30%.

Please post your RWP numbers and the type of dyno you made the pulls on...
Interested in seeing the shape of the power curve more then peak output numbers.

Thanks !

Ed A.

It was rotortest and only power on the wheels.

Usualy Front wheel drive cars lost about 10-12%
Rear wheel drive 12-15%
rear with auto tranny without lockup 25-30%
rear auto with lockup 20-25%
4x4 drive 25-35%

We tryed one client car with manual tranny ( m103) and had 15% with a stock steal drivetrain.
First made the engine dyno and got 700hp
Then put the engine in the car and run Dynopack and got 600whp

Last week a friend of mine was at dyno with his stock 500E on rotortest and got only 245whp.

Its gonna be intressting how much 4 matic lost, auto+4x4 should be a lot of lost.

so they figures is usually consistent.
However dyno rollers calculations often tend to lie a lot.
Therefore we tend to usually prefer to drive on rotors hubbs.

We will buy our own hubbs soon , Dynomite from usa, very affordable.

I am unhappy with recent dyno because of leaky wastegate and clogged breather I could not get a desired effect, and therefore did not want to go out with my last dyno really

just abt everything , well, ull need race bearings, larger valves, valve springs, solid lifters instead of oil ones, a much aggressive cam lift and duration, and velocity stacks instead of the oem intake. and a damn good exhaust setup. and a damn good balance to the rotating assembly if u want the setup to rev to 10k more than a couple of times.
