Help with Bowden cable adjustment
I was trying to adjust my Bowden cable to optimize shifting but got stumped on the part about lining up the arrows. I don't seem to have the arrows.
I see the cable that Lee was referring to and the cable below it which is supposed to be the bowden cable. I understand that the arrows are supposed to be on a fore and aft orientation as opposed to left to right for the cables. I just couldn't find the red arrows that the post was referring to. Below are the pics. Could it be those two black plastic thingies on the bottom picture (on the vertical center but to the right horizontally) that are missing the arrows? It's less clear on the first pic. ![]() ![]() Thanks in advance for the help! I'm raring to do this mod!
