anybody know where i can get some 1/4" spacers

for my wheels to use in autocross? and the requisite longer studs/bolts?

also urethane bushings for my 500sec?

and a thicker front anti sway bar?

No poly's except for the Katmac rears which are Overpriced IMHO.

No one makes a bigger front sway (to swap the engine has to come out anyway) for the front..

I'd love to have some polys made up but just don't have the time to do the research..

generic wheel spacers.

so i got these generic five lug spacers from jc whitney. i note they have no device for centering the wheel. they are in fact just spacers i dont see how i can even be sure the spacers are centered.

anybody have experience with wheel spacers? will the lugs pull and center the wheel adequately for autocrossing?

oh btw i got longer studs from another place.

w/o that hub the car will never balance out/ride correctly.

I'd forgo those and get some Proper H&R spacers w/ the centering hub.

so i ordered two of the h & r spacers.

they didnt come in friday so i put the generic spacers in on friday. they didnt center but i used them at the autocross today. they worked fine but the wheels are a little bouncy when driving not at speed. but then the tires have some fairly large flat spots, i didnt balance them when i mounted them and the spacers arent centered, so take your pick. they seemed fine while competing in the autocross.

this was a regional meet so there were a lot of serious auto crossers there. they didnt separate the novices and the only h stock competitor for me had a 04 mini. he smoked me by 5 seconds on a 60 second track. not surprising. i had a lot of fun though. i took my 18 year old daughter and she had fun too.

it was a really well run event up at the old afb at grissom north of kokomo. the track was on an old concrete runway. it was really grippy, but we still drifted the old benz even on the hoosier slicks.
