E 60 !!!

Today, I was in Annapolis ( in the driving rain) I was behind an E 60 Rentec with lic plate Rentec-1 anyone know this car?, I have never seen one. He (or she, you never know) was taking it easy due to the wet weather. The car had a wide low stance, it was pretty amazing. What is under the hood, a 6 liter 8?
