Hey Frank-finally got the details on the shifter rod. It is 12". I forgot some of the details it has been so long since I worked on this. Not sure if this is applicable to your situation but I created my shifter from parts of 2 aftermarket shifters and some of the original shifter. The remote shifter fits in the original shifter cutout by clamshelling the 2 parts in the hole. The shift rod will somehow attach to the shifter. I found by splitting the return spring tension between the trans and remote shifter it causes less flex on the rod and improves shifter feel.

Got the bung welded on to the housing. Some of the bung got lost in the process as a result of trying to make the smallest possible hole in the housing and I had to weld it up and machine it/re tap the bung. The bung was more 3D and I made it 2D. Happy with the results. I installed the race by freezing it to -20 and heating the housing in the BBQ. I placed the housing vertical and dropped the spacer/race in and spun it around before it stuck to insure it was squarely seated. Next is assembly but it is straightforward. I need to replace some rubber parts and wheel bearings first.

Spotted this on line. They don't specify the ratios-I wonder if there are 2 OD ratios. The description has that translated Chinesey phrasing. Also does not specify if provided driveshaft adaptor is for a original auto or stick shift car as they have different driveshafts.
