EZL ignition with knock-sensor on turboproject... How much can it retard the timing?

I'm putting together a 104.980 engine with turbo, and would like to know how much the built-in knock-sensor can retard the timing?

... Or maybe I have to get some sort of aftermarket ignition system, like MSD 6-BTL or something...
