Question W201 / W124 Caliper Question

My 93 2.3 has the same front rotors as a 92 E420, 93-95 E320 Coupe, Convertible and Wagon. The part number is 124 421 15 12.

But when I tried to cross reference the calipers and I got two different numbers.

My car: 000 420 61 83 (L) and 000 420 62 83 (R)
W124's above: 000 420 72 83 (L) and 000 420 73 83 (R)

What's the difference between these calipers?

Regards,

Don
