500E exhaust ?

Hey guys i need some opinions.....i have a Momo exhaust full system that i bought a while back and had it installed in my 300E at the time before it got totalled, u think if i intsall it on my 500E will i lose power of any kind or will it effect my car at all, cause the noise it makes is really nice and its a pretty nice looking muffler too..
