1983 SL vacuum tubes.....correct routing?

I am trying to figure out the right routing for my vacuum lines on my SL.

There is a tube opening on the left of the fuel distributor on the manifold. Does that lead into a vacuum thermovalve? If so, where does it end up then?

The diagram I have shows a tube coming off of the cold start air controller, splicing into the EGR tube.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
