Noticed a single undisguised photo of the new SL on the cover of a German car magazine over the weekend. Anybody have links to a full set of photos?

(I suppose we have all been waiting 12 years to get rid of the $100k weighing down our pockets.)

Thanks for the photos and links jco. Searching on your name and searching the whole site for "new SL photo" turns up the same one a number of times, plus the disguised ones and a few others. The new one I saw this weekend had the top open. Of course, if you posted other relevant photos with unrelated titles, that would not turn them up.

Interesting Boston photo though.

I saw a truck filled with new benzes yesterday...All benzes were clean and shiny but one...
On top of the truck, completely in front there was a very low, wide and long car totally wrapped in white...I just got in the car of my colleague (my car was too low for the dirt road we had to take along the highway to get to a GSM mast) and therefore I didn't have my digital camera nearby.
Even if the car is wrapped in white, it looks like something that is doomed to be a success!

Yeah....can't wait....Not sure if I posted this before but: Rumour is out that the R230 will be unveiled as the new F1 safety Car at German Grand Prix July 29th. :cool:

What do you mean? Modifying the R129 into something that looks like the R230? Nah, I don't think that I will ever be ready to do that. I prefer to modify the R129 into a model 95 and buy an additional R230 (over 10 years when they become affordable that is).
