lug bolts

EZaccessory.com has all different lengths, and the extended versions too. I used their bolts to put 15" on my 450sl. they specifically call out mercedes compatible bolts like the ones you are looking for.

Their extended bolts are too long. Can't be use on the W107. Beware!

Soooooooooooo

the thread length of 39mm will fit my car? I'm scared, I don't want to ruin my hand brake on the rear wheels.

How do you not overtorque your bolts? Press as hard as you can with your arms, just dont step on the tool?

And what length should they be overall, 8.5cm? That means ezaccesories.com, which uses 9.5cm, is too long?

Thanks a million guys,

Franz

Yes, 9.5cm is too long. The bolt will stick far above the wheel (at least for me it was).

torque spec

Wheel bolt torque spec is 110 Nm. Get a torque wrench. Not expensive.

Summary: get the 8.5cm lug bolts with 39mm thread, and a torque wrench, that should work out. Thanks guys!!
