Although the English version of your message says you want to remove the valves without removing the heads, the Spanish version states that you want to change the valve stem seals. If it is the seals you want to replace, you can do that without removing the heads, but you'll have to get a valve spring compressor that's designed for an overhead cam engine. The Mercedes version sells on line for about $100, and KD tools makes a cheaper one that you can get for about $40.

If you search this forum for valve stem seals, few threads will tell you how to do it. However, it's not the easiest thing to do on these engines, and it's loaded with pitfalls. So I'd think twice about it trying it if you haven't done it before.
