r129 M104 injectors replaced

I want to share this info because I couldn't find anything posted on this problem.

My 300SL would start and then die. It could take up to 2 restarts to get the car running. It was definitely not an ignition problem. What was happening is the injectors (pressure triggered) were leaking and losing pressure. The brief start and die was the car running only on the enrichment injector (which is electronic triggered), until the injection system built up pressure.

I replaced the injectors and it's fixed. A tip for replacing injector #3, cut down the short end of a hex key. Use it to loosen the bolt and make short turns until the key can't fit. Then use the cut off end of the hex key with small vise grips to do the last few turns.
