1995 SL320 purchase?

Hi everyone. Well, I've been away for a while since I started working for Audi dealership and bought that "other" brand but today my jaws dropped to the ground when a guy traded in a 1995 SL320 with 74,000 miles black/gray with hard top and two sets of wheels (summer and winter tires) and all service records from day one. It is absolutely gorgeous and I took it home for the weekend and I'm falling in love here and I can't stay out of my garage. The issues are the Check Engine light and he told me that he had it inspected this morning and the dealer told him that the Oxygen sensor needs to be replaced and that the engine mount needs to be replaced. I have a friend who is a mechanic and we can figure it out. Everything else is flawless and my buy price is $13,000. I want it so bad and I would appreciate any input from you experts. What do you think?
