Do you have any front driver and passenger window regulators for a w116 ('79 300SD). I believe it needs to be the gear style rather than the dual slider style.

I have Three 14x6.5 wheels from my 1984 380SE for sale. The fourth one is an oddball Chrome Wheel that I'll keep for a spare. The three for sale are not Chrome. Make offer....

I ordered a headlight motor and washer tank heater from you in December for $60 (30 each). The check has been cashed for some time and nothing has arrived at my door.

I would like my parts that you said would ship in December, or a full refund, by close-of-business on Friday, please.

I hope there has been a misunderstanding and the parts arrive. Anything else would be a disappointment for the board.

I have shipped you a complete windshield washer reservoir with the heating element etc and I also shipped you a motor with the wiper assembly for the headlight for a 126.... I will try tomorrow to track your parts. I know I sent them last week via the USPS and I should have a number for tracking... Jim

I received your tracking number today. The parts did not arrive today, but I will check again tomorrow.

The Post Office says that the parts arrived at your Post Office last friday and because you have a PO Box they should have left you a notification in your PO Box... If they haven't you need to give them the delivery confirmation number that I sent you via email... good luck ...............JIm

I received the shipment today from the post office.

They searched for four hours, then called me with the good news. The problem was clear...the shipper did not put the PO Box or number on the label, just the destination name/city/zip code. Apparently no one at the post office looked up the tracking number, which obviously was labeled with the PO Box allowing you and I to track it. So the package went into some bin waiting for us to rescue it....

I learned an important lesson...always request a tracking number from the merchant!

Thank you for your (delayed) attention to my screams for help. I would not hesitate to purchase from you again, but I'll send you a mailing label next time. :)
