I have an Audio 10 with the cassette player (stock radio for the 94 e320). The only problem with it is the "6" button doesn't work (don't worry - the radio code doesn't contain a 6) and there is VERY slight bleeding of the LCD - this doesn't affect the display at all you can still read the staion, etc. fine.
Its in good cosmetic condition - $50 plus shipping. If you'd like pictures send me an email at mercedes.partsman@gmail.com

Mercedes stereo
I have an extra Mercedes stereo that will fit your vehicle. The Model #2396 MB part# A003 820 6086 In addition, it does have one problem the tape deck does not work. I did not discover that the tape deck did not fuction because I have not played a tape in years. The CD changer function was pretty much the only thing I used. All other feature on the stereo are fully functional. The display is in good shape and no scratch on number or buttons. Email me if interested.
