FS: W124 blower motor

Up for sale is a tested good used W124 blower motor. I bought this (for rather a hefty amount as I recall) to replace the dead one in my 300D, but no longer have the car and don't plan on getting another W124. It works just fine - connect it to power and she goes. The connecting wire is cut, but you can just unplug it and plug your original in and you're good to go. The cut wire is included just in case you need the plug ends.

Make offer!

How about $50 + whatever USPS charges to ship it? I don't sell stuff often, so will need to box it up and take it by a post office for an estimate unless there's some easier way somebody wants to share...

Get the blower motor boxed up real well and go to the USPS website to get estimates. As long as you know the destination Zip code (and your's of course) and box dimensions/weight you should be able to get precise shipping rates for either Priority Mail, Parcel Post, or whatever service you choose to go with. Will save a bunch of time and 'diesel' versus making a trip to the P/O for estimates for everyone who asks. Hope this helps!

Be sure to open up the last drop-down option for that "Parcel Post"!
Not that much slower, but a whole lot cheaper.
The tellers and web try to sell you expensive priority for everything; you can still get confirmation, tracking numbers and insurance with parcel post.

I just shipped a inflated tire on a rim to CA for just under $50

Best option for smaller HEAVY parts is the flat-rate priority boxes, if you can make them fit

Absolutely! Flat Rate Boxes are excellent especially if you have heavy items. I sold a pair (front and rear) of Ford Superduty Brake Pads on Ebay to a guy in Alaska and was able to ship them for $10.95 (the box weighed almost 15lbs!!!)....He was happy! Also to note, I bought a blower motor for my brother's 190D and it was shipped to me in a Medium Flat Rate box ($10.95) so it's possible the W124 blower motor may fit in one as well, but I'm not sure of the size differences if any.

Sorry for the long delay, but I want to be rid of excess parts - I haven't gone by USPS yet and don't have a scale but it doesn't matter - if you want it for $50 shipped I'll sell it for that.

jimishadow, do you still want this? I haven't heard anything or received payment.

Unless I hear otherwise, this part is still available if there is any other interest.

Is the blower assembly still avail.? If so please contact me at curbill4@gmail.com. I see you on the 116 site so I am hoping this will fit the 116 also.

Yes, it's still available, but no, it won't work in a W116 I don't think. As far as I'm aware every chassis uses a different type.
