WTB: Black Loop Style Mat/Idle Contol Cable/Other

In desperate need of a black (Loop style) driver's foot well mat. Dark blue would be fine but black is preferred. Condition needs to be respectable, but not perfect. If you have one, please post pictures.

I am also in need of -one- black insert that snaps into the manual window crank handle keeping it locked to its gear.

Last item: Idle Control Cable. I have the manual knob type high idle control (mounted on the dash) but no cable to adjust it. I will need the cable along with the knarp and screw that keeps tension on the line.
