I am done tracking these parts down until someone actually purchases something. I guarantee all of the parts and you won't find a better deal or part other than new. I have had several requests for parts and upon providing photos and moving on to payment there is some excuse to put this on hold. Any how as people purchase a part I will then move on to the next on the list and provide the required info and photos for the parts.

Sorry to hear that people ask you to hunt stuff down without following through, sad that a few can screw things up for the rest of us. Maybe I can get the ball rolling a bit - that steering box you posted pictures above - what is that exactly? Is it a manual (non-power) steering box for a W123? If so, I'll buy it if the original interested party doesn't!

As for the items I PM'd about this morning, don't worry about hunting them up or sending pictures, but if you know of anything that you might have offhand, let me know. I'll send a deposit if need be prior to hunting and photographing.

From what I've seen posted your prices seem very fair!

I know. I've run into this many times -- I'd say that I have a success rate of ~15% from all the people who have contacted me. It's even more frustrating when I spend time cleaning up a part, staging nice photos, and then figuring out shipping only to be dropped for dead.

Raptelan is a good guy, though. I haven't had any problems with him.

I didn't even think about sheet metal. If you (thegermanstar) have any W116 rocker panels (short or long wheelbase) or fenders or aluminum hoods or trunk lids (with corresponding springs), let me know. Also where in CA are you located? I have a car being transported back from the bay area in early April and could possibly arrange for pickup at that time to avoid additional shipping costs.
