I receieved instructions immediately for the unit and then a tracking number within minutes of that!

Device arrived and hook up was easy and quick!

I did email ah-kay because I couldn't figure one thing out, but he got me sorted very quick! Responsive and very helpful!

One thing to note, with this setup, you do have to hold the remote button down a little bit longer (2-3 seconds) since its a pneumatic system. Nothing to worry about, but I was having issues, and then after I emailed ah-kay and tried, it, everything was fine!

Thanks for the business and compliment. My experience is that you don't need to hold the button down for 2-3 seconds. I don't have the same issue with my cars or from any other customers. I suspect your vacuum system may have a minute leak. As long as it doesn't bother you then all is well.

Don’t get me wrong, the instructions on those are horrible, and quality is suspect. A wel written set of custom instructions specific to a car is worth it in and of itself. But primarily curious if there is something specific about the control unit…
