Parting out: W123 Dashboard

My brother bought 2 123 dashboards (thinking he'd keep 1 as a spare!). However, after much convincing, he'd decided to give 1 up. Its a beautiful dashboard in great condition (no cracks).

He paid appox US$180 for it and will be glad to part at the same price without shipping + insurance.
