Do the "clear" side-markers with chrome trim come with everything to install, except wiring? If not, what else would one need to install?

The only other things you need to install these EURO only sidemarkers is some wiring and the Bulb holders. The 194 bulb holders can be purchased at the Benz dealer for cheap. Just ask for the side marker bulb holders on the 98-00 SLK or 98-99 CLK. These should clip in perfectly with with these Sidemarkers. This will give your car the authentic Euro-Look and increased saftey. I can also give precise factory measurments on what location to mount them on W124 cars. The price is for the pair! You cannot find this item in the US!

I do not know what you mean by posi-unit? The Diff. is the standard one that comes on 86-89 300E. It does not have LSD. It is in excellent condition!

I'm up for the front speaker grills. ler me know if ya still got em....

No, none of the W124's have it, not even the 500E's - made redundant by ASR.

W126 560 SEL's have limited slip differentials, though....
