Wheel Size 17 inch for E320

will following tire and rim combination fit my W124 1994 E320coupe:Mb rim part# B6 64 705 18 (71/2Jx17H2) ET(offset) 37 with 225/45 ZR 17 DUNLOP SP 9000. i only could find ET(offset) 42 in the car's papers. will this difference in offset cause problems in this application???
