Tires for my W111 Coupe?

Hi all,

I would like to fit some 185 R14 tires with a white stripe on my W111 Coupe. Unfortunately, I only found very expensive retro tires with the correct dimension and white stripes:

I otherwise found some 185 R14 without a white stripe that seem to be OK:

To get a white stripe with a close enough tire aspect at an affordable price, I have to go for 195/75/14 tires:

Does anyone know where I could find some affordable 185/R14 with a white stripe?
