What is the difference between XGT H4 and HX MXM/ H

Hi,
I am curious as to what the practical differences between the Pilot XGT H4 and the Pilot HX MXM4/ H are, beyond the fact that the former is all season high performance, whereas the latter is supposedly grand touring.
The latter was also OEM (Z rated) on the 500E.
Any thoughts, ideas etc would be appreciated. Incidentally, I am considering both for installation on my soon to be sportlined E320T (W124).
