Goodyear Assurance ComforTred's on W123 300TD?

I'm in the market for new tires soon and I saw there is a deal on TireRack-

Set of 4: $364.00 plus and $80 rebate

Does anyone have experience with ComforTred's on W123's? I was going to get Michelin's but this deal seems too good to pass up.
