Disadvantages: * add weight * front/rear tire rotation not possible = you lose the opps to max out tire life. As I said above, only "gain" is the look - but just slightly and only to the "trained eyes". But if it is what you are looking for, then of course, go for it .. and might as well lower the ride too. IMHO, stagger set up is for high output RWD sports car &/or rear-engine sports cars. But,... each of his own. |

pass, makes rotation impossible and forget it if you get a flat.

I carry plugs, and big vehicle inflator.Big rear tires will help you burn out better or drift.Less weight per sq inch.I was on a German Style and tuning site. What they use is spacers to achieve that look.50mm rear and 30mm fronts.Over here the biggest we get is 25mm.

I know a lot of people would say that its not saye or whatever, but I would go with the spacers just because of wheel rotatations would not be possible, plus replacing a flat would throw of everything. I actually have a set of Ichiba 20mm aluminum wheel spacers on the rear of my 190E. I think it looks great.

People will say they ruin your bearing, but I made bearings for 5.5 years
