Wheel fitment?
Got a good deal on a set of AMG monoblock 19" for W210. Try to install them. Five bolts fit perfectly, but I found that the center fitment of the wheel is too large. What do I need to correct this. Do I need some kind of adaptors, Spacers, or special tools?
Any help would be appreciated. Thank You |

These are obviously aftermarket wheels. Many aftermarket wheels attempt to center the wheels with the lugbolts only. You are very observant for catching this.
Centering the wheel with the lugbolts only, rather than the center hole presents problems. Once installed the wheel is most likely not concentric with the hub, causing an out of round, or eccentric condition. This not only results in the tire running effectively out of round, but also is imbalanced. When put on the balancer it is centered on the middle hole with a cone and balanced with reference to that, when the wheel is mounted on the hub eccentrically it is imbalanced. Spin balancing on the car can take care of this condition, but the tire will still be running non concentrically. I'm sorry I can't offer any suggestions for correcting this other than the use of a proper fitting wheel. Have a great day, |

Perhaps you can get an adapter that will make the ring smaller to fit the mercedes. I am not sure if they make something like this.

Thanks
I will bring the rims to a performance shop near my area. Maybe they can get that adapters or do something about it. |
