300D replacement wheels and tires
I will soon need to replace the tires on my 300D....may also replace the wheels with a shiny mag or the like.
Any suggestion on what size would be the best choice. Also the wheel options....offset....stock...am not looking for expensive, just nice.... Thanks, Nathan |

I really like the updated look of the 15" 15-hole wheels that Mercedes put in later model (86+) R107's and W126's.
They do fit the W123's apparently. Tirerack has replicas of these in 15" and I think they look great. I'm thinking of doing the same when my tires wear out... If I was being cheap, I'd get Yokohama AVS dB's in 215/65/15 - VR size/speed rating. If money wasn't an issue I'd go with Michelin's MXV4 Plus I'm also thinking about 16" wheels but I haven't found any that look good. The Eight hole wheels are everywhere.. Good luck,
