the front two rims went on my car today, with the antera lugbolts that cec provided me..they worked fine the front, however the lugbolts were too long in the back...i looked in the lug holes on the rotor in the back and saw that there are bolts and other hardware within the assembly (possibly the e-brake?)..my quesiton is, what is te distance between the mounting hub and the neceassry clearnace so that the lugs from my wheels will not rub against it...i plan to use h&r 5mm wheel spacers, and the lugbolts that came with the anteras are 12x1.5..or should i just contact cec and get shorter lugs? and to luke: with the dunlop 215 17's on the 17x8.5 et35 anteras, the front still protrudes past the fender...this is probably a problem if i were to drop it...my quesiton is, if i use the eibahcs and lower the car, will the stiffer springs prevent the car from traveling as much as they are on the current "soft" springs..thanks...

Ben

The Eibach springs are a progressive rate spring allowing for a soft feel when driving normally and a stiffer feel when driving aggressively. They do not actually limit travel but they are stiffer than factory springs and it does take more pressure to compress them. So, that may allow you the freedom to drive normally without to much rubbing. The widetrack look that you have is a common problem for your car when using 8.5" wheels in the front you may want to look into getting 7.5" wheels for the front.

Thanks, Luke

The hardwear inside your rotor is your e-brake and you do not want to damage that assembly with lug bolts which are to long. It is a very costly repair.
