I puchased a set of wheels from a 2003 E-500, and put them on a 1983 380 SEC using 1.25" spacers. The spacers are mounted to the hubs with studs, and another set of studs feed from the back of the spacers to which the wheels are mounted. What I am looking for now are LUG NUTS W/BALL seats 12 x 1.50 threads. I have search all of the popular sites and found no such animal. Does anyone know of a source to get these, or an alternate solution? The wheels look great on the car and I really would like to have the correct hardware to keep it safe. Would it be wrong to use conical seat Lug nuts on M-B rims? Thanks for all responses!! Jim V.

the problem you are going to run into (if you do find a ball seat nut) is that when the diameter needed is 12 mm then the radius of the ball is 12 mm also and those wheels need a 14mm radius ball seat
