I am so sorry, I can't believe I forgot the mileage! It has 155,000 miles, I do not know what the month of manufacture was.

I am living in the cold North and to import such a car it has to be older than 15 years, counting from the manufacturing date. Think, your car not quite old enough but not quite sure from when on a car is a 93. Some years ago it started in Sep. of the previous year.
