For sale or Trade: my 83 300td for your 300sd/sdl
My wife would like some added safety features. After viewing crash test vids of w126's, she says "I want that". And I agree. I also prefer to drive w126 over the wagon.
I will get some detailed pics after the snow thaws, but here is a short list about the car: 190,000 miles Great Driver. Take it from coast to coast now. Previously owned by forum moderater vstech No frame rust, very little body rust. Good A/C and heat Cruise works New or newer: Calipers, pads,front rotors, injectors,transmission fluid and filter, transmission mount, front flex disc, accumulators,tires,passenger window run, A/C compressor,turbo drain tube grommet, Needs work: drivers rear window (needs regulator) rear wiper, drivers seat height adjust, sunroof drain pan, wood trim around climate control. The car currently has a greasecar wvo system installed at 180,000 miles, with copilot and additional flat plate heat exchanger. Always run on quality waste oil from my trusted sources for the past 11,000 miles. I would like to keep the greasecar system for use in my future car.

I guess I don't really have a price set. Enough to cover the cost of replacement with an sd/sdl in similar condition. I will listen to all offers. I am also willing to let PeachParts forum members decide on what would be a fair price. I could also use a hand finding a suitable replacement.

Picked up an 86 300sdl yesterday. Still interested in trades though, as it may be a while before I am ready to make the SDL my daily.

Sorry for the delay. I think we can all see that I made no attempt to clean her up for the pictures due to time constraints. That and because it is my daily driver and is usually kept in "functional" cleanliness.
