1985 300D for sale Jacksonville Florida

1985 300D turbo for sale.
Located in Jacksonville Florida
$2200 OBO

In operating condition!!!
Has some of the MB quirks

Good:
New axles, rear brake pads, recent oil and
Filters changed, new a/c hose and r4 compressor
Charged with 134 ( I have r12 if you want to convert)
Alternator about 4 yrs old, thermostat, upper control arms
And bushings, drivers seat reinforced with new foam and supported
With pool noodle's, comfy! Body is straight

Cold starts great, shut off great, no smoke runs smooth, shifts great.
Trans vac modulator replaced. 3 windows function properly
Motor mounts new, lights wipers work, radio works, antenna works
REAL LEATHER!!!! Not tex. New rear door checks, I used front door checks so they open wider than original, nice if you are tall!
Speedo, tach, temp clock all work.
Numerous other repairs done over the years. Cant recall all of them.
I have receips for most

Not so great:
Has some rust at rear window seal and small
Rust thru in trunk wells, sunroof opens electrically but wont close
Drivers rear window inop, doorlocks inop. Needs lca bushings and tires, has some leaks. Tires usable but would be better to replace, have wear from lca bushings.
Trip odo inop so mileage unk. Over 230k
A/C blows hot air. Charged and new parts, my newer benz fell in my lap and I couldn't refuse...lol
So restoration stopped on the diesel

Ive had this car about 5 years and it has been a very reliable economical cool car. I get interest in it frequently when out and about. Really love the car and would like to keep, but no sense in upkeep of 2 cars for me.
Battery tray rusted. I have great replacement
All offers considered.
Asking $2200 OBO

Some random thoughts meant to help...not to criticize. I mention these because it's hard to judge the condition from the pics you've provided.

I think selling a car is kinda like dating....what you see first....is what "attracts" or in your case....catches the eye of the potential car buyer.

Has your car had a good bath & wax job recently? Make the sucker shine.....

Ditto for the interior. After you vacuum the interior, vacuum the trunk ,and then I pop the hood and vacuum underneath the wipers where sticks and leaves collect. Usually the local car wash will have a cheap shampoo device you can use after you vacuum. You'd be surprised what the cheapo shampooers will do to soiled carpets.

Some tire shine/tire wet on the tires...and I don't just apply it to just the sidewall, I do the whole tire.

Clean every window inside and out....and do it twice

Take a wet rag or "appropriate" cleaner and wipe down the engine and clean around the engine compartment, so when you pop the hood there's something to show...not a dirty, old looking engine.

Consider buying new carpets....I know there pricey....at least for the front.

And last but not least......get a good smelling air freshener. Guys react to a great smelling woman......give your Benz that smell.

Not a lot of cost involved, but a lot of "elbow grease".

BTW, I have a wife and 3 daughters, so I gave this some consideration before offering suggestions to the opposite sex!

Hope it helps.

Elbow grease and cleaner wax go a long way
With these single stage painted cars.
Cleaning the engine bay is of help too.
Dont understand when or why someone is
Selling a car, why they dont clean the heck
Out of it before selling.
Elbow grease already applied
Points taken thanks
