Hello everyone. I’m selling a 1988 420 SEL with about 116,500 miles here in the Dallas, Texas area (USA). It’s anthracite gray with palomino leather interior. I have owned the vehicle for more than a decade and my father purchased it new from the dealer. The car is in very good condition and drives well.

The demand for the car has been strong, so I'm bumping the price up to $4,000.

IMHO, I would ask for $5000. You can always come down to 4k and by asking more people will think that it's a nice car, because those people only think about money and not the service records and excellent history this example has. Just my .02 cents, but you can't buy a decent ten year old Camry for your asking price. Good luck with the sale, and best regards.

I'm not finding engine compartment pics topside & bottomside on the LINK. Do you not have them? Also, the driver's side seating area and instrument panel while car is running would be helpul as well. Any issues with the car that need to be addressed ? Do you have the complete set of maintenance-records before you owned the car?

If I ever sell one of the vehicles I have I will not mention it here, you can look on ebay or craigs.

Skid Row Joe, thanks for the questions. It never crossed my mind to take photos of the engine compartment. A serious buyer would certainly examine the engine compartment in person. And, I would be happy to privately provide photos and answer any questions.
