FS: 91 300TE 5 Speed

I know I'm going to regret it but I'm thinking about selling my 91 300TE with a 5 speed. The car currently has 273k miles and runs perfectly. The transmission was swapped with a 5 speed from an 86 300E and the miles on it are unknown but it shifts through all the gears without any issues. Everything on the car is currently working as far as I know. Since I have owned the car I have replaced all the brakes and repaired nearly all of the rust in addition to the transmission. It still has a few small rust spots under one of the rear windows and on the front passenger door. The car has a nearly perfect interior from a 95 E320. I'm asking $5500 with the Monoblocks its currently on with nearly new tires or $4500 with the aftermarket alloys pictured below. Located in Newark, Delaware and I wouldn't hesitate to drive the car across the country tomorrow.

No 4Matic but it does have ASR. It still works even with the 5 speed swap. I had some doubts back when I did the work but its still functional.

Apparently there were some very limited manual 4Matic cars in Europe. I have never seen one but there are a few folks on the W124 Facebook who have them.

Great looking car, if it had heated leather it would be difficult for me to say no.

I'm working too much too

So after some thought and convincing from the Mrs. I have decided to keep the car. She convinced me that I would always regret selling it and I think she is right

Thumbs up

Appreciate your decision. If we hang out at a show, and you without the wagon, I'd have to learn a bunch of W123 stuff
