I own a 1997 E420(production date 02/96, chassis 210). The a/c blower does not spin at full speed. The cause of my problem is the blower regulator. The regulator has a number printed on it( 9 140 010 179 ). Does anyone have a used or new one available?

The blower on my 140 broke last week, and the replacement was $270 from my local TX supplier.
