rear third seats for ML

I post this on the parts for sale with no response. Do you guys know of a place to get rear third seats? I have young children. Is it safe for them to sit in the rear? Should I get them at all?

You should still be able to obtain them from the dealer.

I however, would not choose to install a third seat...I fear for a child's safety should an inattentive soccer mom with a cell phone glued to her ear plow her Expedition into the rear of the ML!
