DID ANYONE FIND A SOLUTION? I'm having the same issue...
My '02 ML320 will randomly go into what I hear is a "limp mode" that keeps it in whatever gear you are in, whether going 20 through town or 50 on the highway. When coming to a stop from 50mph, then it will try and start itself out in 4th gear and will just accelerate very slowly. This can be fixed when we put it into neutral, turn the engine off, restart, put back into drive and it's wiped clean and good to go.
Where is the best place to start when troubleshooting this issue? I appreciate any assistance. Thank you very much! |
