jingling sounds

I have been hearing a jingling sound (sounds like coins in your pocket) coming from the rear of my 2000 ML 320 for some time now. The sounds have gotten worse recently however.
I can hear the jingles whenever I go over any bumps no matter how small.

Any ideas on what this is?

The shocks seem to ride fine and bouncing in the truck when stopped doesn't produce any sounds.

Could be 1 of many possibilities.

Could be from the catalytic converters.

Take a close look at the rear sway bar links.
