ML rear seat removal

Hi Everyone,

I'm about to replace the fuel filter on my 2000 ML320, and I know I need to remove the left rear seat to perform the update (fuel lines etc..). Is this easily done? Is there something I should know when removing this seating section? Thanks in advance...

About halfway down this page under the picture of the inside of the fuel tank http://www.whnet.com/4x4/badgas.html are some zip file instructions on removing the rear seats.
