Where is the fuse for 02 ML320 low beam head light?

I tried to find the fuses for low beam in both the main fuse box in engine compartment and the aux fuse box in the passenger footwell. Strangely, I couldn't find them. There are two fuses for high beam but none for low beam. They are not even listed in either fuse chart!

The problem I have - my 02 ML320 passenger side low beam is only gleaming and did not put out much light. I put on a new bulb and it is still the same. When I switched on the high beam, the low beam was completely out (should still be on). The driver side is perfectly normal (both low and high).

What could be the problem?

Thanks for any suggestion!

My ML320 is a 2002. Both F34 and F35 (as well as K22 relay) are empty, nor are they listed on the chart on fuse box cover.

The above reference is for 1999 ML320.
