Corroded brake lines

Since I live in Northeast, have to face the rust issue. I have been watching 2 metal brake lines between ABS module and master cylinder inside the engine bay degrade to the point that spot with white powderlike substance has eaten into the surface of the metal tubing. Probably roadsalt, that has a super easy access to the engine bay - the truck is '99 so it has exposed engine bay from the bottom. Should I replace? If so, is disconnecting lines between ABS and master cylinder a DIY job - in regards to relieving pressure etc? I don't want to damage ABS module.

Please advice, thanks in avdance.
