I broke the drivers side window switch and I need to get into the center console, how do I do it?

Take everything out of the box and look at the bottom, there are two phillips screws in the bottom of the box offset from each other.

You have to replace the entire window switch assembly (all 4 windows plus the other buttons) if you broke the existing one. Not that difficult a job - took maybe 45 minutes, IIRC.
