99 ML320 Transmission
My 99 ML has the common 3-4 shift flare.
Can someone tell me if an 02-04 tranny will fit? I heard that the only difference is the shifter lockout is in the tranny in the 02-04, so the lockout wont work which doesn't bother me.

That would be the biggest difference, lockout cable
