has anyone install the gps system in their ML??

I was looking at clairparts.com and I saw that they have a GPS navigation system for the ML for 1399.95 and the MCS navigation Module for 1555.

Does anyone know which one is needed to install GPS. I have a 2000 and I already have the 4" monitor.
