'02 ML55 transmission service?
Whats the best way to service the 722.6? Pull the cooler line and do a flush or just do multiple fluid changes? 236.10 fluid right?

I would recommend draining, dropping pan, replacing filter and fill per procedure. Then, if you want to make sure it is 100% changed, drop the cooler line with a clear plastic tube from it to a gallon container. Run vehicle till you get about 1/2 gallon out, replenish fluid and do it till fluid runs clean. Top off at correct temp and you are all set.

Thanks Jim. I think I will do the flush since there's no TC drain on this one.
I need to locate the calibrated dipstick dimensions... anyone. |
