European Parts Source?
Hey everyone... Does anyone have a U.S. source for parts that are only sold in Europe?
I'm currently trying to find shocks for the 207d. I found a great set of Monroes from the U.K. and Germany for a decent price at rexbo.eu, but apparently DHL won't ship them because they're "Dangerous Cargo". I've called Monroe in the U.S. and they have no flippin' clue how to help me. Anyone? |

Are the shocks gas charged? That is about the only reason DHL would not want to ship and even then, pressurized vessels under some small volume / pressure are shippable in the US. If standard shocks , there shouldn't be a problem since there isn't any pressure.
Have you looked at a US shock catalog for something that would interchange / work with some minor vehicle mods? |

They were oil filled shocks... I guess I'm going to have to pull them off and match them up some how.

If you dig around, shock catalogs have dimensional charts in the back of the book making your task easy.
