by the way one more thing.

the picture attached with the arrow. Is there a nut where the arrow is pointed at to turn to make the mirror assembly tighter.

My passanger side mirror have almost no resistance compare to my driver side one. Was begining to think one of the springs (if that is how it works) was borken.
