Topping off OIL

I just purchased by ML320 one month ago. It has another 4500 before the FSS. The oil light came on so I topped it off with some synth. oil. I was able to determine the last oil change used Pennzoil Syntec, however I couldn't determine the weight. I was unable to find Pennzoil, so I topped it with 1Qt of Mobile Synthetic 5W30.

Is it a problem that I used a different oil and possibly a different weight? does anyone think I should go ahead and get the oil changed?
